This little cart barn was derelict and the roof was in a dangerous state.   The owners needed it to be fixed & therefore decided that it was a good moment to convert it into an annexe.

Modernising a barn & considering what was needed to create an annexe for guests we managed to create a living space, kitchen, bathroom & sleeping area.  We added a mezzanine level which allowed for a separate bedroom area & helps keep the space very light & spacious. 

 We specified the bathroom and kitchen finishes, bespoke joinery, flooring and lighting to ensure a cohesive flow throughout the space.

We supplied and installed the furniture considering the layout as space was at a premium. Window treatments and styling along with artwork selection were all included in the design & it has created a very well loved & used barn.
