About Sophie
Sophie trained at the London College of Fashion and began her career in photography, working for Mario Testino, before discovering her passion for interior design.
She went on to work at House & Garden magazine before studying at the renowned KLC School of Design, in Chelsea, London. Sophie began her interior design career at Taylor Howes Designs and later became a founding director of the sister company TH2 Designs, working there for over ten years.
During this time, she worked on hundreds of interior design projects in London, across the UK, and internationally for developers, landowners, hoteliers and private clients.
Studio Procter are now based in the West Sussex countryside between Guildford and Petworth and work on residential projects in the Home Counties, London and further afield in the UK.
Our approach
Our passion is good design combined with practical functionality, as a mother of two young children Sophie understands that function is as important as style. With this at the front of our minds when designing projects - be it family life in the countryside, or a crash pad in the city, we want to make all spaces work for you & your lifestyle, through a collaborative process we want to ensure that you love every corner of your home.
We create wonderful, inviting, homely spaces which are developed through layers of design and personal touches throughout.
